Companion ("we," "us") is an AI-companion chat app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices — including for SMS, WhatsApp, and voice communications.
Account details you provide (such as an email or phone number), your conversations with your AI companion, and any photos or videos you choose to send or upload. If you enable phone-based contact, we collect the phone number you provide for that purpose only.
To operate the app: generating your companion's replies, remembering your conversation history, processing payments for optional paid features, and — if you've opted in — sending you SMS, WhatsApp, or voice messages from your companion.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used solely to deliver messages from your own AI companion within your active conversation. Message frequency varies based on your conversation and may include occasional proactive messages from your companion. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that operate the app on our behalf (such as our messaging, hosting, and payment providers), each bound to use it only to provide that service.
You can stop SMS/WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP. You can delete your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below.
